Our research site in the rural commune of Mangamila, Anjozorobe District, located on National Route 3, was officially inaugurated on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, in partnership with FM3A, one of our partners in agricultural research and extension. Local authorities gathered to honor the ceremony. The preparations were initiated by the farmers benefiting from the FM3A project.

This inauguration day was also an opportunity to reinforce the farmers' understanding and the objectives of the research conducted with them. We also encouraged them, as experimentation requires a little more attention with the monitoring of agronomic parameters. However, this farmer participation in research proves to be the best way to disseminate successful agricultural practices because the research results are visible and tangible, and the practices used are better assimilated since they actively participated from the beginning of the experiment.

Participants at the event were aware of the need for research close to farmers because it helps to solve the problems experienced by farmers, which can differ in each locality.
